I offer a unique program for homeowners that want to sell their home but have a kitchen that needs remodeling to get the highest price and the quickest sale possible, but don’t have the CASH available to do it.

As long as there is enough equity in the home, I can provide a “Nothing Down – Nothing per Month” arrangement. This is secured with a promissory note and a deed of trust and I’ll be paid for the work at closing.

If for some reason the homeowner doesn’t sell, a payment plan will start after six months under pre-negotiated terms.

What could be better than that?
